Together our brokers have more than 150 years of experience matching buyers with sellers, and more than a century between them equipping new and brokerage yachts for voyaging around the world. Our clients — and our brokers — are seasoned sailors and boaters, many of whom have cruised the US, the Caribbean and beyond.
Kent Little, our founder, has held a Florida yacht broker license since 1993 — possibly the oldest in Texas. Our brokers have represented clients across the United States, the Caribbean and Europe, and know what buying a boat from afar involves: securing the best deal, working through post-survey issues and bringing the boat home.
Before founding LYS with Liz Little, Kent had been the leading salesperson at his previous brokerage since 1991. Their vision drew professional brokers who share a commitment to excellence in the sale and after it.

With more than 150 years of collective experience, we've met virtually every brand there is — power and sail, American, European or from the Far East. Name a boat and we've likely sold one or spent time aboard; our knowledge covers almost every sailboat built since the mid-1970s.
