Our experience finding, listing and selling both sailboats and power yachts is second to none, locally and nationwide. Few offices in the country have brokers versed in both, who have spent their careers exclusively in yacht sales — which lets us find the right boat for you whether it's here or out of state.

Kent Little formed Little Yacht Sales after a career in professional yacht sales — 19 years of it at Sea Lake Yacht Sales — to give clients a more engaging brokerage experience. He invites only experienced brokers, who can serve his clients with the same expertise he has given them for decades.

The founder
Liz and I enjoy boating on Clear Lake and along the Texas Coast. We have owned more than 20 boats and kept them in Texas, Florida, and the Bahamas.

Floating offices, in the middle of it all.
Our floating offices at Pier 6/7 in Waterford Harbor Marina and Pier 13 at South Shore Harbor Marina put us in the middle of what are undoubtedly the most exceptional marinas on the Texas coast.
It keeps us near our clients, and within walking distance of hundreds of premier later-model listings. And for clients in Florida, there is LYS Key West.
We're members of the Yacht Brokers Association of America (YBAA) and the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA), and hold one of the oldest Florida yacht broker licenses, #1815.
