The city council of League City, Texas, in an effort to curb the derelict boats being abandoned on Clear Lake, has enacted an ordinance targeting people living on boats. The overly broad scope and virtually unmeetable requirements place boat owners and liveaboards under undue scrutiny while doing absolutely nothing to achieve the stated goal.
